The best instruction (4 black belts-1-3rd Dan, 1-2rd Dan & 2 -1st Dans) on Judo in Darwin area they do the lot e.g. standing (throws), break falls & ground work-hold downs, arm bars & strangles. They also do the best competition fighting in Darwin. Plus they have a great social feeling at the club.
