A life-changing experience

I studied under Master Oh in the late 70s from the age of 8 for about 4 years and attained a 1st Dan black belt under his instruction. I'd have continued going there had we not moved interstate.
He was a patient and disciplined teacher who cared greatly about his students. He is a wonderful, humble human being that taught me lifelong lessons beyond the art of Taekwondo and imbued me with self-confidence and discipline that I now strive to pass onto my own children.
I cannot recommend his club highly enough. No doubt he continues to forge great young Australians with his amazing talent and gifted teaching.

Amazing teacher and great classes that allow you to learn a lot. I studied for over 10 years with academy and it was always fulfilling every class and I got a lot out of it and still use the values and morals I was taught during class.

Mster Jung Myung Oh is a brilliant technician from Korea, with over 60 years of Martial Arts Experience and leads his students in a way where he is serious about training and makes sure their technique and attitude are good before he grades them.
Training is focused on many things - Basic Techniques, Forms, Kicking pads, Hand conditioning, Sparring, Self Defence techniques including locks/holds/released/throws, Korean weaponry and a club Oath, where each student makes a pledge towards our club and towards having good character.
The club has a sense of family and is friendly, non competitive and fosters each student's growth. I find it a privelige to train with a 9th Dan grandmaster, however he is very kind, Humble and accomodating. Definately an expert in Taekwondo and Korean weponry and a true Master, I have never met anyone like him - Master Oh is a rare kind of Teacher.

Highly knowledgeable and friendly members. Been there for almost 20 years. One of the best instructors
I have seen taekwondo elsewhere around Melbourne and regional areas nothing ever comes close to. Grandmaster Jung OH Taekwondo. I was there as a junior and into my teens until I had to relocate. Grandmaster OH Taekwondo is the best of the best. Real Traditional Taekwondo is taught very physical intense fun and simply the best Taekwondo you can experience. Im back now I hope he is still there I want to start training again.
