We are Kalgoorlie's family-owned and family-orientated martial arts academy focusing on practical, realistic and self-defence based applications.
We teach traditional Shorin-ryu (Matsubayashi-ryu), with a lineage traceable to Okinawa, Japan, the birthplace of karate. Our dojo offers classes for children, teens, adults and families in an inclusive non-competitive environment.
Additionally our members can enjoy kobudo (weaponry) classes at no extra cost
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kalgoorlie Karate Academy:
Kids beginner (6-12 years) Mon/Wed 5-5:45 pm: Thu 4-4:45 pm
Kids intermediate Mon/Wed 4-4:45 pm: Thu 5-5:45 pm
Adults & advanced kids Mon/Wed/Thu 6-7 pm
Kobudo Saturday 10-11 am
