Sensei Michael has helped change the way my kids think. Their confidence has grown, they have learnt to respect themselves and others. This club is very family orientated
Both my children and my husband attend KAOS martial arts. They love the combination of sparring and self defense. We found KMA one of the only martial arts schools that teaches practical street defense as they use a number of styles. The kids love the Defenda Tag aspect as they are having so much fun they don't realize they are learning. I recommend KMA to anyone who is considering trying a martial art. They also offer 2 FREE lessons. Both Michael (head instructor) and Sarah (his wife) are extremely approachable.
