Karate Academy Capalaba
We are a traditional Goju ryu Karate School aimed at teaching children and adults self-defence in a fun and safe environment. We are active in the tournament circuit for those interested in competition and regularly engage in external activities as a group, such as beach training and other sport-based outings.
The head instructor is Sensei Amanda Moore. She has been training and teaching Karate since 2003 and currently holds 3rd Dan accreditation with the Japan Karate Federation and Seiwakai.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Karate Academy Capalaba:
Programs & Class Schedule
We have the following classes available:
Junior classes (5-9 year old)- Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5 pm
Senior classes (10+)- Tuesdays 6-7 pm
Sparring classes (Mixed age- must be yellow belt and above to take part)- Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15-5:45 pm
