Karate Academy Penrith is "Old School" mixed with "New School"! Traditional karate values such as self-discipline and respect are combined with modern safety considerations and body awareness.
Students are welcomed from all age groups and ability levels and are provided with expert instruction that suits their individual needs.
Seiwakai Karate instructors are in regular contact with Japanese Karate experts so their information is straight from the source and constantly updated.
Sensei Phill establishes a firm, but fair relationship with his students across many ages based on mutual respect and high expectations. I am grateful for the personalised instruction he has provided to myself and my children.

Sensei Phil is professional and very knowledgeable. He provides classes that are educational and entertaining for children and adults. Sensei always puts in a huge amount of effort in teaching his students and helping them achieve their goals. My son and I have been training here for three years, I am proud of everything we have achieved and learnt here.
Karate Academy Penrith has had the most success in tournaments out of all the Karate Academies in Australia this in relation to how the KARATE is taught. Because of Phill Sensei way of teaching the traditional values then the student progresses with Self Discipline and respect for others. I would recommend Anyone that lives in the Nepean area to go and have a look at Karate Academy Penrith have a go and you will be rewarded with a great teaching philosophy and the right way to do Karate.
