We teach Kenpo Karate to children & adults with a special women's program. Sensei Maurice is a 2nd Degree Black Belt with Kenpo Karate Australasia and 5th Degree in Kenpo4Kids and over 30years experience teaching children.
Kenpo is not just a self defence art but can be used in all stages of life. We also teach how to use the principles, concepts and theories of Kenpo in different sports eg: netball, football and tennis. Kenpo teaches confidence to help avoid bullying situations of all ages.
Kenpo is designed to be an art that is tailored to suit each individual using natural body movements, so no matter how old or unfit you think you are anyone can do Kenpo.
