I am a student at Kokoro Ryu Martial Arts and I would recommend this for school students in primary, high school and adult life. Kokoro Ryu Martial Arts teaches you self defence respect, mind and body. Kokoro Ryu Martial Arts does not teach you to attack another person it teaches you that if you are attack to/how to defend your-self. I strongly recommend that you try this martial art out. First lesson is free.
