The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Krav Maga Systems - North Parramatta:
* Krav Maga Immersion Program
Our 10 Week Personal Protection Training Program available for people who want to learn practical self-defence skills quickly and who also may not have the time for long-term Krav Maga training. Some of the people who participate in this program go to other Krav Maga Systems programs or even participate again. You can look at it as an overview course that teaches you a fair bit of Krav Maga self-defence skills and covers the top attacks you may face.
* Krav Maga Base Program
This is the first step to becoming a long-term Krav Maga Practitioner. It's our beginner program that teaches practical and relevant Krav Maga skills over a minimum of 6 months of training.
* Krav Maga Women's Only Self-Defence Program
Our Women's Only Self-Defence Program is geared towards teaching practical skills related to women specific threats and problems. The training is done at 6-week intervals, looking at themes related to personal protection, and each 6 weeks work towards a practical scenario.
* Krav Maga Cubs & Kids Self-Defence Program
For kids from 5 to 12! This program is to teach your kids how to protect themselves and it will give them lots of practical skills and smarts that they can take with them onto the playground and into their lives. These personal protection programs will increase their confidence, their fitness and their overall sense of well-being.
* Plus more, including workshops, seminars, members events and other self-defence programs for different markets.
