I really liked this place for the first 8 months and then I realised that I hadn't learnt anything new in months and none of the trainers ever focused on correct technique when completing a move so it's not like my technique was getting better either. It's a great place to come to if you want to learn how to defend yourself quickly but if you're looking for a long term martial art that you can build a base and improve on then you need to look somewhere else.
