Sensei David Lambert is a world class goju ryu instructor who has lived and trained overseas in japan, highly recommend David for his knowledge in self defence and fitness. David teaches students of all ages from toddlers through to advanced adults. Personally I can't speak more highly of him give David a call if you are thinking of joining Traditional Karate or just interested in Fitness training.
