Romeo Hriskin, father of seven children and a small business owner, has been training for over 18 years with Master Tae Won Lee (6th Dan Black Belt) and Grand Master Choon Bong Lee (9th Dan Black Belt) at Lees Taekwondo Academy.
Romeo is a 3rd Dan Black Belt qualified instructor has also run kick fitness classes at Taekwondo headquarters in Adelaide for many years.
As a father of seven children, Romeo is all too aware of the importance of keeping kids active, motivated and involved in fitness activities. Taekwondo offers this, along with development of skills associated with focus, confidence, determination and self-defence. The focus for the young ones is on fun. This is the key to keep children (and adults) motivated.
Romeo provides his students with the tools to grow their confidence and achieve high levels of fitness. The students gain strength, flexibility and maintain a healthy weight (loss) while learning a Martial Art and self-defence skills.
