The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Lithgow Judo:
Thursdays
Juniors: 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm
Seniors: 6:30 pm to 8 pm
Fridays
Extended: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Minimum age of 6 for juniors. Seniors are regarded as 16 years and up.
