MMA BLACKTOWN is the newest premier MMA gym in Sydney's West. It is the brainchild of Dr. Richard Bradford (founder) and Mario Bonetta (Co-founder & Head Coach) who together have more than 75 years experience in the world of Martial Arts and Combat Sports. The spacious gym is over 200sqm and includes a boxing area (heavy bags, uppercut bag, speed bags and floor to ceiling bags), a shadow boxing area with full length mirrors which can also be utilised for sparring in boxing, Muay Thai or Karate, and a ground fight areas for BJJ, Judo and Wrestling. All the above areas are covered with high density EVA mats. We use the latest programs and the professional tools of the trade for strength and conditioning training, such as super-sized tyres, resistance bands, agility ladders and battling ropes. A roomy outdoor space is also used for strength and conditioning exercises when the weather allows it. The gym can also host tournaments and competitions with a crowd capacity of 500 people. The two fenced carparks can contain up to 40 cars
