For a small rural town, I found the quality of instruction to be second to none. With top level instructors, multiple black belts (including a female black belt mentoring women on the mats). Multiple coaches ranked #1 nationally (afbjj), this gym far exceed my expectations. I found the head coach (Glenn) to have a vast knowledge of Brazilian jiu jitsu in a self defence context that you do not often find nowadays. I found his striking classes to be a fast paced work out with an excellent focus on skill development.
Great location and facilities. Plenty of parking, convenient location next to the shopping complex. Clean and hygienic training spaces, dedicated fitness and lifting area, separate stand up/striking mats with a boxing ring and heavy bags and a large Brazilian jiu jitsu/grappling space.
Lastly. .. the culture was second to none. I was immediately welcomed by both students and instructors and made to feel right at home during my time here.
