I've been studying here for about 12 years. The school offers quality jiu/aiki jutsu. The lessons are relaxed and cater for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.
We focus on principals and accuracy of technique. We focus on throws, joint locks, ground holds and locks, pressure/nerve points and strikes.
