I started training in Kung Fu at Mantis MMA a year ago, since then I have grown with the Academy and commenced training in BJJ, Boxing, Defenda Tag and Muay Thai. I have been the only female training for a while but have never ever felt less than one of the group and everyone is respectful to each other. Mantis MMA is the most welcoming, supportive and safe environment to train in. Aaron is an outstanding Sifu and trainer and the whole crew here are a totally awesome MMA community.

Having trained under the head instructor for over four years, I can say with complete confidence that this is the school to
Learn real and EFFECTIVE Kung fu. The head instructor here is in my opinion, second none in his understanding and application of truly practical technique. His understanding of various other martial arts has led to the development of an art that really caters for all situations. The school itself is well equipped for the different arts (Muay Thai, Bjj, boxing, wrestling) that are taught here by leaders of their chosen sport/art. The people are consistently friendly, and well mannered, which makes for an atmosphere of relaxed comradery. I love training here (as you can probably tell) and so will you :)

Mantis MMA is a great place to study martial arts, the teachers are very good at what they teach and it is taught in a very safe and fun environment. I also enjoy playing defenda tag there. My kids also play defenda tag and both love going there
Kids get a half effort of discipline, technique and conditioning.
Black belt trainer who has his son train the class who is not even a brown belt.
Waste of time and money, no quality
