Having done martial arts previously I was keen to restart training. I stumbled upron a leaflet for this academy not long before they opened their full time dojo. I was keen to see whether this dojo would fit with my needs and so did my free trials.

This martials arts centre has a very relaxed and friendly attitude which is extremely accomodating to the needs of each individual.

The quality of instruction and knowledge is superb. This will become evident very quickly. Many students here have previous martials arts experience and it is widely agreed that this style is extremely practical, effective and fun.You will be pushed physically but within your individual boundaries. It is suitable for all skill and fitness levels.

The founder is very open minded and with over 20+ years experience is still learning new styles to enhance his knowledge. This is a definate plus and also demonstrates a large amount of respect for other practioners styles.

If you have kids, this is superb for them. Its relaxed friendly and practical. If your an adult have a go. Bare in mind not every style is for every person, but if you want an excellent style that teaches practical self defence and fitness then give this a go.
