MHA offers a world class experience with traditional manor and discipline. As well as a very comprehensive 'at your own pace' method of teaching which includes all levels and ages. Professional, Welcoming and Inspiring. All pure self-defense oriented with practical application and many traditional Korean mindfulness exercises. A really awesome martial art.
