At our fulltime Studio, we teach concepts and strategies of Self Defence gleaned from some of the most successful armed forces in the world.
Our techniques are simple and effective and have been tried and proven both on the modern battlefield as well as on the street (through Police, Security Officers and Medical Staff we have trained).
The majority of our classes are taught by the Chief Instructor, Shane Cassidy, who is an ex-Military Unarmed Combat/Military Self Defence Instructor.
