I really love the MMA classes they are so much fun. I would recomend people to give it a go as it might just be what you were looking for as
I have tryed alot of different sports before but this sport is the one for me.
I enrolled my kids in Nexus a couple of weeks ago and they just love it!
They are keen to attend and even want to go to extra lessons. I have noticed their attitudes are changing, for the better, even after a few weeks of lessons.
The school has a great vibe, lots of good quality equipment and it is very bright and open and just looks great. The instructor has a wonderful rapport with the kids and really keeps them engaged and interested. They are always doing something new and different.
Basically this is a great place to be.
