We offer traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate, Progressive Krav Maga and self defence for adults from 18 to 80. Our Karate training is similar to that of the Jundokan in Okinawa and we are members of the Okinawa Goju Ryu Kenkyukai.
We do not train for sport but for self defence, fitness and personal satisfaction. As we are a not for profit club, our fees are low. Our classes are relatively informal and we strive to keep our training interesting and enjoyable.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Outer Eastern Martial Arts:
Goju Ryu Karate
Tuesday & Thursday 6.30pm - 9.00pm
(min age 18 unless by special arrangement)
Krav Maga
Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.30pm
(min age 18 for males, 16 for females)
We do not require contracts.
