The Outer Eastern Martial Arts Club is a small organisation teaching Karate that offers reality based self defence.
We offer traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate and self defence for adults from 18 to 80. Our training is similar to that of the Jundokan in Okinawa and we are members of the Okinawa Goju Ryu Kenkyukai.
We do not train for sport but for self defence, fitness and personal satisfaction. As we are a not for profit club, our fees are low. Our classes are relatively informal and we strive to keep our training interesting and enjoyable. As a number of our students are older, we understand that not all people wishing to learn karate have the fitness and strength of an elite athlete. We let you train to your own limits.
