Great gym, lots of high level guys, definitely the place to train in the Mid North Coast

On holidays in Port, dreadding not being able to find a good gym to train at, glad to have found PMQ MMA

Enjoying my lessons so much fun feel energised after every class, Alex is very patient and explains techniques throughly, very welcoming
Always have heaps of fun training here, Alex is a great instructor, lots of knowledge and teaches by example, great to see an instructor actually train and do the techniques he teaches. Great vibe and nice people too.
