We offer you a total program of self defence, fitness and family fun through a comprehensive martial arts curriculum.
We believe in training in effective self protection principles, with focus in improving confidence, greater flexibility and heightened fitness levels.
Monday 6.00 kidz Karate
Age 5 - 12.
From understanding bullies or defending against physical attack to physical fitness. This class will give you countless benefits.
Monday 7.00 adults
13 - on wards.
Blended martial arts style from karate and kickboxing. This class is perfect whether your focus be fitness, self defence or fun.
Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Zen Do Kai and Martial Arts.
All Instructors are qualified and certified instructors who hold relevant First Aid training and working with children licenses and police checks.
All instructors are dedicated to providing the best instruction in our innovative programs.
