Hunter Valley Pankration | Mixed Martial Arts

Pankration, is the parent of modern mixed martial arts (MMA) and originated over a thousands years ago in the Ancient Greek Palestra and Gymnasia. It integrates boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and submission techniques (both standing and on the ground). This training group is lead by Louis Burt, with permission from Kon Pappy, the Head Coach of Pankration at The Fight Lab in Tempe, New South Wales.
