Instructors and students all take their training seriously in a safe and friendly environment, with plenty of jokes along the way.
Louis is a great teacher, he is motivating even on Saturday at 10am. ... and very skillful! I love the sense of community that Novo Flow creates and it's awesome to be able to train two martial arts back to back (with Kali straight after)!
