Tuesday - Beginners from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm (ages 13 yr’s+)& Sparring & Fitness from 7 pm to 8:15 pm (level 3’s and above, age 13 yr’s+)
Wednesday - Kids Kung Fu from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm (ages 5 yr’s to 12 yr’s), All Levels from :5:30 pm to 6:45 pm (age 13 yr’s+)& Advanced from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm (level 3’s and above, age 13 yr’s+)
Thursday - Beginners from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm (ages 13 yr’s+)& Applied Sparring & Theory from 7 pm to 8:15 pm (level 3’s and above, age 13 yr’s+)
Friday - Closed
Saturday - Advanced/ Instructor Training from 9 am to 10:30 am (level 5’s and above ages 13 yr’s+), Kids Kung Fu from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (ages 5 yr’s to 12 yr’s)& All Levels from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm (age 13 yr’s+)
Special Events from 12:30 pm onwards (seminars, grading, workshops)
