The Praying Mantis Kung Fu Academy is a martial arts school based in Sydney and offers classes in traditional Northern Praying Mantis (tang lang quan), competition Wushu, WuDang Tai Chi, traditional Chinese weapons and advanced techniques such as Shaolin, Chin Na and Iron Palm techniques.
All classes are taught by Shifu Daniel Wang Yun Kuo, who was a senior instructor, specialising in training body guards, in the Chinese Army for over 10 years. He has over 40 years experience and continues to compete at both national and international levels.
The school caters for beginners, advanced students all the way up to competition level. Private sessions are also available.
