Most of the instructors I have seen are very well trained and very professional in their approach to instruction. No mucking around here, just get on with the basics first and then the more complicated self defence moves. Looks like these Guys and Gals went through quite an ordeal to learn this huge system of skills and concepts. All in all a very interesting style and for those that like it I would say quite addictive.
