Our Sydney classes cover Wing Chun Kung Fu, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jutsu), Self Defence, Fitness, Fight Conditioning, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and Martial Arts and Self Defence for Children. Wing Chun is also a fantastic martial art for Women's Self Defence.
Expertise of Instruction:
The Chief Instructor (Sifu) Rick Spain is a 40 year vetran of the Martial Arts. He represented Australia at the World Full Contact Martial Arts Championships in 1982, Hong Kong and was the winner of the middle weight division. He opened the Wing Chun Kung Fu Organisation (now known as Red Boat Kung Fu) in Surry Hills in 1986 and never looked back, producing some of the finest instructors in Martial Arts Australia has to offer.
