Real martial arts in a fun environment

Coming from a dance background, I was hesitant to join a martial arts school that focuses on self defence and is run in a very traditional sense. One trial class later and I was hooked. The classes are great fun, with a lot of attention to proper technique and instructor John is so dedicated and passionate about training. He knows how to conduct a class that is both challenging and fun, Disciplined and light hearted. Through hard training, RTKD made me realise that I have so much more to offer both physically and mentally.
I am a green belt now and I am looking to becoming a black belt one day.
Highly recommended.
