Not enough disciplin.

It is disruptive having people enter a class late and not participate in all activities, I understand if people have medical issues but when they just don't because its hard work it makes me wonder why i should be there when your paying a mint to not be pushed into developing better skills. the fitness component doesn't seem all there.
