Great for kids and everyone in the family

My daughters have been training here for almost a year and the self defence they teach is really practical, unlike some other martial arts we looked into that I don't think would be useful in the real world. The instructors are great with kids and really teach common sense and respect. My wife and I are thinking of signing up so we can all train together. I would highly recommend, especially if you have young kids.
