John Russell - sexist, racist and not a good role model

While the actual training is good, you spend most of your time listening to the ramblings of a drunken, bitter, sexist, racist and angry man, and how life has done him wrong.
John spends more time in the pub now brainwashing his students into believing every other martial art is crap and his is the best.
Don't waste your time with this one.
