Sydney Martial Arts Exchange (SMAX) is a full-time martial arts training facility in Smithfield, Sydney, offering mixed martial arts training for children, teens, adults and families.
SMAX is home to Koryo Martial Arts, Muay Lao Academy and OMG Open Mat Grappling with host mixed martial arts classes include Taekwondo, Muay Lao, Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hapkido, weapons training and practical self-defence.
Our programs are led by experienced instructors, including Master Benjamin, with a strong focus on safe, structured training, technical development, fitness, confidence and practical life skills. Beginners are welcome, and students can train across different martial arts programs to find the style and pathway that best suits their goals.
