Jean Paul, Sensei of Seijitsu Aikido is an excellent teacher. He is meticulous on detail and a student of Aikido's very interesting history. Classes are split into 1 hour for normal training, 30 mins for weapons training, 90 minutes in total. The classes are conducted after work which is a bonus for me. Also of interest, Jean Paul is a patient teacher, which is good as I am slow but steady learner. I highly recommend these classes for anyone interested in Aikido, suitable for beginners and experienced alike. The Dojo space is awesome. Yours in Aiki a:)

The instructor, who has spent time training in Iwama, Japan, is thorough and generous with his knowledge. Despite being thrown into the deep-end at times, beginners are well nurtured. This is a safe and friendly environment in which both men and women train.

Great people, great fun.
Its a little daunting at first but one you give it a try its really fun.
Sensei Jean Paul is not only highly skilled and dedicated to his art, he is also able to disseminate the knowledge in understandable chunks. I enjoy the classes a lot, it's a great way to keep fit and balanced. And of course, in my opinion, Aikido in the for best self-defence.
