Shugoki Karate Academy is traditional Shotokan and WKF Sport practicing dojo. Our mission is to provide only the best karate training opportunities and education to all our members, regardless of race, ethnic origin, gender or religion.
Our Sensei is a 3rd Dan, Shotokan Karate-do International Federation (SKIF) black belt, assuring you of authentic Japanese lineage and training techniques. In addition, she is a South African National Champion, also holding a World Karate Federation (WKF) recognised 3rd Dan black belt and has competed in the WKF circuit.
We offer a fun family safe environment to master the techniques of Shotokan karate. All ages and levels of fitness and karate experience are welcome. Our lessons are tailored to get the best out of the athletes and to impart the maximum knowledge on technique, discipline and etiquette. For those who wish to compete in sports karate, our Sensei, being a national champion who has competed at the highest levels, is ideally placed to assist you in achieving your sporting ambitions.
