Our focus at Shukokai Karate Torquay is to teach self-defence and karate skills in a fun, disciplined and safe environment. Students will develop confidence, improve fitness and coordination and learn practical self-defence skills.

We offer term based karate classes for children at very reasonable rates.

The instructor is Sensei Aurelia Kemp, an experienced State Team coach with 20 years of karate training.

Our dojo is affilated with Shukokai Karate Dandenong, and operates under the Australian and World Karate Federations.
