I have studied the martial arts for a long time and I am impressed with the quality of instruction that is provided at South West Sydney Defensive Tactics weather you are a beginner or long time martial artist you will walk away learning something new.
There are varity of classes to choose for adults, teanagers and children.
I would highly recomend this school if you live in the area.

I train at a few different places and this is the best, Excellent instructors and the classes are great. Everyone leaves their ego at the door which makes for a better learning environment

SWS defensive tactics is very laid back and friendly, while still delivering A1 martial arts training. Its very welcoming and non-threatening to newcomers and everyone is made to feel welcome.
The quality of the training is great, and because of the skill of the instructors one becomes confident in Krav very quickly.
