Kidz Karate is an age specific learning program designed to teach children the principles of martial arts in a safe, fun, active environment. It begins straight after school and there are seperate classes depending on age.
Our Youth Karate is for the teenagers (13 to 16yrs) and is run in the early evening, catering for their specific learning needs.
For the Adults wishing to gain some knowledge in self defence while keeping fit, our freestyle Karate will not disappoint. A mix of old and new, traditional philosophies blending with modern sport psychology, relevant self defence along with discipline and fun, old school hard training balanced with modern exercise science.
