I have been training in the Goki Kai Karate classes now for a while and have had a blast. Not only are the instructors professional and aware of the important things like safety. But they have a real world knowledge of what they are teaching with a wealth of depth and experience.

SCMAC is a well established training facility, catering all styles of fighting and fitness. The classes on offer include Yoga, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Cage Fitness(TM). Classes are also designed to suit all ages and abilities.
The staff have years of experience, knowledge and always welcome any questions.
I higly recommend SCMAC to anyone, whether you have previous training or are new and willing to give it a go.
At SCMAC you not only train hard but also become part of a friendly social club.
After a decade of studying sport karate as a child and teenager, then moving to a new city, I experimented with a range of martial arts for many years. I learnt a lot, but never quite felt at home. Then I stumbled across Southern Cross. Soon I was filling a number of technical gaps in my repertoire, getting fitter, being encouraged to venture into my discomfort zone, and most importantly, connecting with friendly like-minded people again. Real-life applicable training, with a traditional grounding, and plenty of laughs!
