The school instructor John Trebilco is an excellent instructor with excellent credentials, excellent qualifications and vast experience. He not only instructs, but he practices what he preaches and still regularly trains with his instructors, as well as cross training in Yoga, Muay Thai and BJJ. He has weel rounded skills and develops well rounded students.
