Programs & Class Schedule

We are currently offering full time membership - attend to as many classes as you like or once a week membership - decide on the day that suits you and pay only half of the full time fees.
Weapons-only classes are coming soon and you may register your interest on our website. Spaces are limited.
Children 3-6 years old can only attend the 8am Saturday classes.
All other ages are welcome to full time memberships.
