Sunshine Coast Ninjas "Bujinkan Ninjutsu" is a 900 year old martial art that requires study and practice to become accomplished. It is an excellent martial art for women and children, as well as men of course, as it doesn't require brute strength; instead the martial arts practitioner relies on a knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This is a martial art that gives the ability for someone with a small frame to successfully defend/attack someone who is much larger. Training tools (ie, six foot stick & walking stick etc) are part of the training for all students. Budo is also the study of oneself and sometimes includes meditation and training camps. Budo is also excellent for stimulating the lymph glands as students are taken to ground, so you'll also learn how to fall safely. Budo will also appeal to those who love gymastics like rolling and cartwheels. It is one of the most all round, versatile and adaptive martial arts that teaches realistic skills. I would highly recommend it above most of the other martial art schools on the Sunshine Coast.
