Monday: Jujitsu juniors at 5:30, seniors at 6:30
Tuesday and Thursday: Taekwondo at 5:30, Mixed Fighting Arts at 5:30, Haidong Gumdo at 6:30, Pilates/Yoga at 6:30
Wednesday: Jujitsu juniors at 5:30, seniors at 6:30; Karate at 6:30

Sunday: Mixed Fighting Arts at 08:30
Mixed Fighting Arts is a combination 9mostly Judo) of popular martial arts presented in a family style format promoting fitness and practical techniques. All ages welcome.
Pilates/Yoga, fitness class taught by certified fitness instructor emphasizing core strength and flexibility, all ages
Haidong Gumdo is a Korean Sword style. Colour belts practice with wooden sword learning basic techniques, pattern, paper cutting, sparring. Also develops fitness and coordination. Usually age 8 and up.
Contract not required, but there is a club membership fee.
