Tao Kung Fu Academy teaches traditional Kung Fu from northern and southern China. We also practice Yang style Taijiquan (Tai Chi) my teacher Grandmaster Zhao YouBIn is one of the leading figures of the Yang family in China he is 5. inheritor of the style.
Among the many empty hand forms we also teach weapons long and short staff, daggers, broadsword (wushu and Taiji) straight sword and spear.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Tao Kung Fu Academy:
Monday: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 5:40 – 9:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Friday: 5:40 – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
We run junior and adult programs from ages 5 to 75 years old. It is a self contained premises and we run many classes over mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as on weekends. Please check out the website www.taokungfuacademy.com.au
