Northern Sydney's state of the art traditional martial arts facility.
Kerim the head instructor is the vice chairman of Tai Chi & Health Qigong Australia and the vice president of the international White Crane Goong Fu Association.
We train internal and external skills with forms from northern and southern styles. Weapons are a key component and are learned early on.
We train Children and Adults
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Tao Kung Fu Academy:
children classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5pm and 5-6pm
Adult classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30-7.30 and 7.30 to 8.30 as well as Saturdays from 10 - 11am and 11am to 12pm
Yoga is on Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am, Wednesday 6pm, Friday 5.30pm
