Total Taekwondo Academy Run by Head Instructor Mohammad Reza HASSANI – 4th Dan Black Belt and World Taekwondo Hanmadang Champion.
We have class that suite for boys and girls from age of 4 to 60 years from beginner to elite athlete level.
Our focus is to help young people to develop the important skills life skills and improve their confidence, Respect, mental and physical fitness as well as benefits of Martial Arts and Taekwondo to become active role model and healthy life style. Programs & Class Schedule
Mini Ninjas (Kids 4 yrs – 6 yrs)
Each one of our qualified instructors understands the importance of their role in the 4-6 year old class, what children learn at a young age stays with them for life.
Juniors (6 yrs – 12 yrs)
We understand the importance of their role in the 6-12 year old class, what children learn at a young age stays with them for life.
Seniors (12 yrs + )
Senior classes combine the skills and knowledge of Traditional Martial Arts with the dynamic Olympic combat sport of Taekwondo.
