This is good solid school where you will be taught traditional okinawan karate forms. That said its proberbly a little more advanced in that its main focus is the traditional aspect of karate without all the silly sparring, so i would recommend this to someone who has had some form of experience but wants to focus on developing a greater appreciation for this ancient art. The classes are small and the teacher will tell you if its right for you.
